4.黑色思考帽：黑色是邏輯與負面的顏色，代表謹慎、負面，代表思考過程中反思事實與判斷是否與證據相符，考慮風險、困難、和潛在問題等負面因素。

5.綠色思考帽：綠色是活躍的顏色，代表創意、巧思，代表思考過程中的探索、提案、建議、新觀念、以及可行性的多樣化這些問題。

6.藍色思考帽：藍色是冷靜的顏色，代表指揮、控制，代表思考過程的控制與組織，冷靜地管理思考程序及步驟、瞭解需求、總結與決策。

當我們使用「六頂思考帽」進行思考時，切記一次只戴一頂帽子、一次只想一件事情。當你戴上某種顏色的帽子時，就用該頂帽子的特性來思考。透過戴帽子的過程，可以使我們提醒自己轉換思維，讓混亂的思考變得更清晰。
